300 MTPH Plant installation producing 7 products!

An European aggregate producer recently commissioned a complete crushing and screening plant supplied by TRIO. The production of cubical aggregates and washed sand was a challenge in this slabby material while still providing optimal production flexibility.

The New Plant processes 300 MTPH of raw material and produces the following end products from this highly valuable material:

0-25mm - Mixed	0-6mm: Dust	6-10mm: Agg
10-14mm - Agg	14-20mm: Agg	20-40mm: Agg
40-70mm - Ballast

TRIO worked closely with the customer to develop the circuit required to make the desired products. The plant is compromised of the following equipment:

Crushing:

Primary Crushing: TRIO TF5220 Grizzly Feeder 2 step grizzly deck feeding a TRIO CT3254 Jaw Crusher.

Secondary Crushing: TRIO GC300 Cone Crusher working side by side with a TRIO TV85 Vertical Shaft Impactor.

Screening:

Stage 1: TRIO TTH6162 Triple Shaft, 2 Deck Horizontal Screen.

Stage 2: TRIO TTH6202 Triple Shaft, 2 Deck Horizontal Screen.

Stage 3: TRIO TTH6203 Triple Shaft, 3 Deck Horizontal Screen.
