Trio Plant Solution
For reliability this customer has purchased a complete crushing and screening plant from TRIO Engineered Products, Inc. The entire plant was delivered in pre-assembled kit form, for quick and accurate local assembly.
Using Trio's TPS program ensures that EVERY piece of equipment will work properly together and produce what you need. The erection and commissioning of a TPS Plant is minimal - even in otherwise remote locations. With a variety of standard and customized configurations, these plants are providing customers worldwide with economical and reliable high quality, high production turnkey processing plants.
Primary Crushing Stage contains a main dump Hopper with a Trio TF5220 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder and a TRIO CT3254 Jaw Crusher.
Secondary Crushing Stage contains a skid mounted TRIO TC 66 Cone Crusher.
Tertiary Crushing Stage contains a skid mounted TRIO TC 51 Cone Crusher.
Quaternary Screening Stage uses a skid mounted TIO 7203 Incline Screen.
