TRIO Coarse Material Washers

A UK customer recently installed a TRIO Twin 3618 Coarse Material Washer on a contaminated soil washing application. The standard TRIO unit was fitted with extra washing paddles and 30% extra power to give maximum washing and retention time in the machine. The thoroughly cleaned solids are discharged onto a dewatering screen fitted in front of the TRIO unit, while the floating lightweights and contaminants are ejected out the rear of the machine onto another dewatering unit.
TRIO has supplied a number of these units in similar applications in Europe, and units are currently available from our warehouses and distributors internationally.
