When washed aggregate from Sweden reached its final port, it was found to be contaminated with dust. The product no longer met strict local standards.
The solution was to run the material over a TRIO TIO 6163 screen that is used to separate the dust and aggregate product. The heavy-duty TRIO screen proved to be well-priced compared to other vendors' equipment and was available for quick delivery and installation .
The new installation is processing 150TPH and incorporates radial conveyors for 2-8mm, 8-16mm and dust stockpiles. The purchase of the TRIO screen has proved to be a fantastic decision and an economic success for the company.
