Trio Machine Registration

All equipment must be registered within 14 days of start up. Registration is required for all equipment models to received warranty coverage. Registration information will only be accepted from the end-users of the equipment. (Dealers can register the equipment for the end-user however the information must be the end-user information.)

After completion of this form all submitted information will be reviewed and you will be sent a confirmation email.

Warranty will be fully enforced upon confirmation of payment.

An approved application data-sheet is required to be on file for all cone crushers, vertical shaft impact crushers and all screens using urethane media.
