TRIO offers inclined and horizontal screens for aggregate and mining duty applications.

Incorporating modern huck-bolted deck frame designs, TRIO screens are rugged yet versatile for a range of applications including use behind a primary crusher or finish screening in sand and gravel. Many TRIO screens are used in the recycling, industrial abrasive and chemical industries.

Inclined Screens

All TRIO inclined screens are manufactured with huck bolted frames.

These rugged yet versatile units are well suited for use in a variety of aggregate, mineral, and industrial applications. The screens are available in both oil (TIO and TIOSP Series) and grease (TIH Series) lubrication configurations depending on customer preferences. Sizes range from 4' x 10' to 8' x 24' and are available in single, two, three and four deck arrangements.

Horizontal Screens

All TRIO horizontal screens have huck bolted construction and generate their power via three timed shafts with eccentric counterweights.

The combination provides an oval stroke forward motion that can be adjusted in amplitude, speed and operating angle depending application, feed size, and gradations. The units utilize a fully-contained oil bath lubrication arrangement. The units are all shipped standard with sub-frames, motor mount, v-belt drive guard, coil springs and lined cross members.
